With over 20 years research into my family I (and a professional genealogist working with my Aunt over 50 years ago!), I have been able to trace back lines of the family into the 15th Century. Of course not all lines have been traced back that far, some stopping in the mid 19th Century and various ages in-between. We have seen changes in spelling of names and migration across England, the rest of the UK and beyond. No great fortunes unearthed or forgotten inheritances, but a variety of occupations and a few curios along the way.
Through these pages I hope to give you a flavour of the lives of the people in these lines and the names of some of the families the married into.
